CoD RT Release Candidate 3 (RC3) has just been released for the closed group of BETA testers.

This version contains fixes reported since yesterday on the release of RC2.

When installing i get message: This file contains invalid data. (error 21FC)

As you can read in the newspost "CoD RT Release Candidate 3 (RC3) has just been released for the closed group of BETA testers." means that it's for a selected group, the BETA Program, and not for public.
